Just got these yesterday. They took some doing setting them up. I did the dryer by myself, but was glad when the teenagers came home and gave me a hand with the washer. Be prepared, these are really red! But that is what my wife wanted. The controls are easy to understand, the machines are whisper quiet, they clean great, they dry great, they play a little musical tune when they are finished, and my wife is very pleased. She said a large load of towels dried in about 1/3 the time of our previous dryer.We used Tide HE and Downy HE. This is our first front loading washer, and it seems strange not to have a machine full of water, But the clothes are coming out very clean, and if it saves water, then all the better. My kids said the machines are red and green.
