I looked all over my large hardware stores, plumbing stores and appliance part stores for this item in any store. I could not find the combination of a stainless hose with a 90 deg elbow. It was imperative that I have the 90deg elbow so my washer could fit a lot tighter to the wall. I wanted the safety and looks of the stainless. So online shopping I went. Amazon was able to deliver this item to Canada.
So far so good hooked up easily and no leaks.
The price with delivery was a bit much, but after all the wasted time searching locally it was worth the price.

These hoses are excellent quality and hooked up without any issues. I would highly recommend these hoses. The 90 degree end and the swivel fittings make the hoses very easy to hook up and they accommodate tight space between the washer and the wall.

Pros:
This unit, which uses an impeller rather than a central agitator, holds more clothes than you'd guess. It's difficult to gauge its size because there is no frame of reference in the photo, so I surprised it was large enough to hold a decent sized load of clothes, or, in one load, a king sized set of sheets. Also, the unit is monkey-simple to use.
Cons:
Boy, where to start. The unit is simply more trouble than it's worth. By the time you adapt your washing routine to accommodate its shortcomings, you've rendered the convenience, inconvenient. Just a few of the limitations:
1. It has a very short drain hose, less than 3 feet. Since there is no spin cycle, the unit relies on gravity to empty. This means you must lay the drain hose down to drain. It is not I expected. A washer should have washing, rinsing and spinning cycle but it does not. It just having the washing cycle. I need spend time and energy to serving it. I need fill the washer tub with water by myself and after washing cycle I need twist the clothing because it is to wet and cannot put into the dryer. I just try it and want to return it. However I need spend postage and return fee.<br /> I have a bad day !<br />

This washer does exactly what it says...it washes your clothes..you have to put clothes in, fill up with desired amount of water, use about 1/4 amount of usual detergent or you will pay for it later :)..set timer plug in and wash...it is a little noisy about the same noise as a regular washer and it fit right inside my tub..I have a small bathroom so the plug did reach the nearest socket...If you have pretty nice size bathroom you will need an extension of some sorts to reach the outlet. after the clothes are done washing you let the drain hose down in the tub and let the water drain out by gravity...for the rinse cycle you put the drain hose back up behind the washer and repeat the process of adding the water and just add your softner if you use it...You can rinse a second time if you like to make sure all the detergent and softner is out. I purchased this product for my front-loading washer; even though I keep the door wide open when not in use, after a year the washer had developed a mildewy smell that transferred to the clean laundry. I tried using Affresh three times, and this product does not work! My washing machine actually smelled WORSE after using it! I finally poured about a cup bleach into the drum of the machine and filled the bleach dispenser tray full in order to get rid of the smell. The bleach worked fairly well but not completely. I don't like to use bleach in my machine because it is corrosive to metal (our drum is stainless steal) and can break down the rubber in the gasket and seals. I finally purchased a box of Borax for a few dollars at the grocery store. Borax is not corrosive and does not damage clothing fibers. These tablets do work very well. Others who have not had any luck with them may have the same problem I had originally before I was told about this product by my repairman. Since I have an extended service policy on my set, I called to have the smell checked out. The service tech. opened the front of the washer and found several baby socks stuck in the drain trap. Always wondered where those disappeared to. Any small items must be washed in a net-bag to keep them from slipping between the barrel and the gasket at the front of the barrel (vibrating during cycles can allow small items to be squeezed through). The socks smelled horrible! If this is the reason for the smell, then bleach would be a temporary cure.

I got this because our washer stinks and it is causing the clothes to stink too. I did a search and found this product and "Smelly Washer" and found that I was able to buy Affresh at Lowe's by my house so I could use it the same day. I followed the directions exactly and ended up using all three (yes, that is all you get in an $8 packet) in one day. The directions said something like, if it's still smelly, do it again, and again, and again... I wrote to the company and they didn't even have the decency to write back! I will NEVER buy Affresh again because I think that it made the smell worse (it must have loosened the smelly stuff?!) Eventually I broke down and bought Smelly Washer from smellywasher.com and it helped much more and is a much more economic price! Don't waste your money on this!
